Promote Your Business

There are many ways to promote your business and we try to help our members get seen, heard and build their relationships.

We have advertising opportunities (click here for more details) as well as speaking opportunites, vendor tables and even a place for your promotional materials.

You must be a member to market your business with us. Click here to become a member…

Vendor Display Tables

Display and sell your products and services.  Show those attending the luncheon what you have to offer.

Set up your table to be ready for 11:15.

There is no fee to have a vendor table.  However, vendors are required to donate a gift valued at a minimum of $10 for a door prize draw held at that meeting.  The gift must be a tangible item and not a certificate that would require a purchase for redemption.  We do not accept discount coupons for services.

Contact the reservation team to book a half table sdvwnreservations@gmail.com.

Post an Article in “The VOICE” Magazine

Our monthly magazine contains educational columns about health, fashion & beauty, home & garden, business & finance, inspirational & worthy causes, as well as announcements and future events.

You can include your name, company and contact information at the bottom for FREE publicity!

Recommended length is 360 words. Articles submitted before the 12th of each month will be included in that same month’s magazine.

Email questions, Word doc and photos to: sdvwnnewsletter@gmail.com.

Speaking

Speaking is a great way for people to get to know, like and trust you.  They can discover more about what you can offer them and what needs you fill.

We have 3 opportunities for our members to speak:
20 minute Featured Speaker
5 minute Spotlight Speaker &
2 minute Vendor Speaker (currently drawn at the luncheon).

We do not necessarily have all types of speakers at each of our meetings.

Contact the Assistant Coordinator to book your speaker spot!

Promotional Material

Members may bring and place any promotional material on the Member’s Only table.  They are required to remove it at the end of the meeting or it will be discarded by Eaglequest staff.

Only speakers may place their promotional materials on luncheon tables or at each place setting.
