Our cancellation deadline for refunds is 9:00 PM the Thursday prior to our Wednesday meeting
We are charged for all reserved meals and we are only able increase our numbers for the venue. If you register, we have to pay for your lunch, even if you aren’t able to attend.
If you reserve and either cancel after 9pm on the Thursday prior, or do not attend, you will be billed accordingly.

Surrey Delta VWA now accepts eTransfer!
To use etransfer, please log in to your financial institution’s online or mobile banking and navigate to eTransfer – Send Money and select the account you would like funds transferred from.
Fill out the name (SDVWA) and e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Type in the specified amount you are sending. If before the cut-off date the cost is $30 for members and $32 for guests. If after the cut-off then $35 (both members & guests).
If possible add a message stating 1) your name and 2) the month for which you are registering.
Enter this security question (Which chapter is this?) and answer (SurreyDelta) and complete the transfer.

Please select one of the following options and include this in your email to reservations OR select the appropriate option in the PayPal button below. If the option you choose has the choice such as chicken or prawns, please indicate which you would prefer.
Menu Option 1 – TACO SALAD
Mexicali taco beef, iceberg lettuce, nacho toppings, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo served in a taco shell bowl.
Menu Option 2 – HOMIE SANDWICH * Vegetarian *
Toasted organic focaccia bread, roasted red pepper hummus, guacamole, tomato, iceburg lettuce, spanish onion, comox single brie cheese and a pimento balsamic glaze served with sea salted fries or house salad (please indicate (2a) fries or (2b) salad)
Menu Option 3 – BANGALORE CHICKEN CURRY BOWL
Gently stewed chicken thighs with ginger, chilies, house blended spices served over coconut jasmine rice, garlic buttered naan bread and cilantro
Menu Option 4 – CHICKEN CLUB
Grilled chicken breast, cheddar cheese, petit goret maple wood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and red onion served on a ciabatta bun with house mayo
Menu Option 5 – CAESAR SALAD
Romaine lettuce hearts, garlic anchovy dressing, garlic crostini croutons, asiago cheese and lemon with your choice of grilled chicken or garlic prawns (please indicate (5a) chicken or (5b) prawns)
** NOTE ** You cannot change your menu selection once ordered.
